The Dahua DH-IPC-HDW1230T2-A is a 2MP Entry Series fixed-focal eyeball IP camera designed for homes, small retail stores, offices, and other small to medium-sized surveillance applications. It combines 1080p video, 30m infrared night vision, Smart H.265+/H.264+ compression, DWDR, motion detection, a built-in microphone, and IP67 protection in a compact outdoor-ready design.

2MP Full HD Video

The camera uses a 1/3.2-inch CMOS image sensor and provides video resolution up to 1920 × 1080 at 30fps, delivering clear Full HD footage for everyday security monitoring.

3.6mm Fixed-Focal Lens

The camera features a 3.6mm fixed lens with an approximate viewing angle of 79° horizontal, 43° vertical, and 94° diagonal. This makes it suitable for monitoring entrances, rooms, storefronts, corridors, and other defined areas.

Infrared Night Vision up to 30 Meters

The built-in IR LEDs provide up to 30 meters of infrared illumination, allowing the camera to continue monitoring in low-light and dark environments. Dahua's Smart Illumination technology automatically adjusts the infrared intensity according to the scene and target distance.

DWDR and Image Enhancement

The DH-IPC-HDW1230T2-A supports DWDR, BLC, HLC, and 3D Noise Reduction, helping maintain usable image details in scenes with challenging lighting conditions. It also supports image rotation, mirror mode, privacy masking, and ROI configuration.

Smart H.265+ Video Compression

The camera supports Smart H.265+ and Smart H.264+ encoding, helping reduce storage and network bandwidth requirements while maintaining effective video quality.

Motion Detection

Built-in motion detection can trigger recording or alarms when movement is detected within configured areas. The camera supports up to four motion-detection regions and four ROI areas.

Built-in Microphone

The camera includes a built-in microphone, adding audio recording capability to supported surveillance configurations.

IP67 Weather Protection

With an IP67-rated enclosure, the camera is protected against dust and water ingress and is suitable for outdoor as well as indoor installations. Dahua specifies operation after immersion testing under its IP67 protection standard.

12V DC Power

The camera operates using a 12V DC power supply, providing a straightforward installation option for compatible CCTV systems.
