IMOU Cruiser Z 5MP PTZ Wi-Fi Security Camera
The IMOU Cruiser Z 5MP is designed for customers who need more than a conventional fixed security camera. With the exact model IPC-S7DP-5M0WEZ, it combines high-resolution 5MP imaging with a dual-lens optical system, motorized Pan & Tilt, 12× hybrid zoom and intelligent tracking.
This combination makes it particularly suitable for locations where one camera needs to monitor a wide area while still being able to focus on distant objects or moving subjects.
5MP High-Resolution Imaging
The Cruiser Z uses a 1/3-inch 5-megapixel Progressive Scan CMOS sensor and supports a main-stream resolution of up to 2880 × 1620 at 30fps according to the product specification sheet.
The higher resolution provides additional detail for outdoor surveillance applications such as entrances, compounds, parking areas, farms and commercial properties.
Dual-Lens Design with 12× Hybrid Zoom
One of the defining features of the Cruiser Z is its dual-lens configuration.
The camera combines:
2.8mm lens for a wider view
12mm lens for a narrower, more distant view
12× hybrid/mixed zoom
The 2.8mm lens provides a diagonal viewing angle of approximately 113.7°, while the 12mm lens provides approximately 28.1° diagonal viewing.
This allows the camera to combine broad-area monitoring with closer inspection of distant subjects.
355° Pan & 90° Tilt
The motorized camera can move 355° horizontally and 90° vertically.
Users can remotely change the viewing direction through the IMOU application, making the Cruiser Z suitable for monitoring larger areas without needing multiple fixed cameras for every direction.
